Review usage
Use the Usage page to understand where agent time and model consumption are going across active factory work.
Open Usage
Select Usage in the workspace navigation. Visibility follows the workspace usage.observability permission, so a user without that capability sees an access message instead of usage data.
Summary metrics
- Total tokens
- Reported model input and output token activity across matching records.
- Cache read and creation
- Tokens reused from cache and tokens written into cache.
- Sessions
- Distinct sessions and agents represented in the selected range.
- Session elapsed
- Elapsed runtime together with active user time when available.
- Cost
- Reported provider cost and currency when the provider supplies it.
Break down usage
Filter by UTC date range, search for a specific item, and sort by tokens, sessions, duration, last activity, or label. Switch the breakdown between Users, Agents, Models, Tasks, and Sessions. Request links take you back to the work that produced the usage.
Interpret status
Fresh means the read model has current signals. Stale or partial-signal labels mean some provider or runtime measurements were not current or complete. Treat missing cost as unavailable data, not as zero cost.
